    Doesn’t the blue tinge glaze on the base make it pearlware?

    good eyes house, around the bottom rim

    i don't think chinese as transferware, but go along with the date and english

    i believe that label as well

    That paler blue makes me think Miles Mason but I could be completely off the mark.
