Blue Art Glass Pinched Vase

I suspect it may be recent but could be wrong. Any suggestions on origin/maker?

Thanks for your effort. Not quite similar. Mine is slighly iridescent and the texture is differerent.

 

It looks new to me, but it's pretty enough.

 

From a closer look there seems to be a good amount of scratching on the base edges. Not that it is a sure sign of being older but may have been a round for a bit.
Searched for some Bohemian glass but could not find a match.

 

I wonder if it's Dugan.

Yes, I emailed him this morning and 10 min later he told me that.
Not sure why rare, is it the shape, the color, the crackled design?

Never heard of Silberiris before......until this week when I have run across that name twice. Once in the auction pic I posted of the suspect Loetz piece, and in this thread. I wonder if that's a sign of some sort!
