Blue Glass Bulb Vase - Scandanavian?

    Hello everyone! I wanted to see if anyone recognized this little bulb (?) vase. It stands about 3 1/2" tall. It's a really nice shade of blue and looks handmade. The top is a bit uneven as is the interior section. No marks of any kind. Any help figuring out who made this vase would be much appreciated. Thanks for any help you can provide.

    I get a Scandi vibe too, but what do I know.
    Hope those in the know will respond.
