Featured Blue opaque glass cordial - anybody recognize this piece?

    This piece is 3 5/16" to the side edge & is 1 5/8" across the top.

    Not marked of course. :arghh::arghh::arghh:

    Looks like portieux vallerysthal to me

    fremch or main land Italy. I can not recall which. Spending an inordinate amount of time at Replacement may spot it.

    I did several searches through Replacements, but came up empty handed. :(:( I may try again when I have a little extra time. :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

    Peggy search ebay under the name I gave you. I think I saw your glass, but not in a cordial size. These are quite popular. I had a few over the years and they sold.

    I agree with tallcakes.
    However they are often listed as Valleysthal.

    I think that is partly because the color is much like French blue opaline often used by PV. Tho' Imperial Glass made these in many colors, both clear and opaque, as well as bi-color...

    edit: look at most of those listed on eBay; they are from USA. You'll see very few listed elsewhere worldwide, which is an indicator. If these were indeed VP they would be more common worldwide and less so in USA; especially those in large lots...
