Blue and white porcelain cup and saucer, no markings. My first thought was Chinese export porcelain for the Western market. Cup measures 2 1/8" tall and is 2 1/4" wide, saucer measures 4 3/8" in diameter.

The motifs look Japanese to me. The rendering seems western. Might be Dutch.
