I broke down in tears once when my son asked me to bring him a "Philips" something or other and I raced back and forth with different screwdrivers, none of which were the right one. He got up from the floor and stomped into the utility room to get the right one .. he was frustrated with me and I was bawling. I sat there all red eyed and snotty nosed and he said "It's okay Mum, let's go get some lunch" :) :). I just can't drum up an interest in tools, but I have them, YESSSERREE ! .. Joy.

    Hi,
I always used Philips and regular. A Japanese friend called them + or -. Made more sense to use plus or minus.

What do you say then when you need a square drive, Torx, clutch head, security head (which one) or others and what size?

I'm with you Judy, too MUCH aggressive behavior, I can understand the guys finding that sort of humour funny, but I really dont, if they enjoy it though and keeps them happy welllll :) , it's not as if they are going to go around poking their fingers in peoples eyes, or pounding them over the head .. but? if I needed defending against a male aggressor .. GO FOR IT GUYS !!! I much preferred the antics of The Little Rascals, of the same time span ... Joy.

LOL....I forgot about them poking fingers in peoples eyes......which brings to mind a frying pan being used over someone's head.......the guys laugh and laugh and then laugh some more.

The men in my family do the very same thing....they LOVE them!! There's no such thing as seeing an episode one time too many!

It is funny to watch them.......(the guys I mean).
