In all honesty, I was never a fan (of either) myself. But when studying what makes a society a society, you have to look at all parts and parcels.....................

The nut bowl was part of my ongoing hoardganizing. Here's one wall of the tool room showing the fastener storage. It is mostly bolts, screws, etc., each little tray has a different type or diameter or length or pitch of thread. 2nd pic is rack no. 5 which has odds and ends of hardware in addition to bolts. I don't know the purpose of a number of those things. I bought these racks of hardware during theliquidation sale I mentioned many months ago, but just finished re-erecting it today. There are over 600 little trays.

Anybody know what these little aluminum spool-like things are used for? They are about an inch long. They are solid, one-piece objects. Sry for fuzzy-wuzzy photo.

They look like rollers and blade for a tubing cutter...but not if aluminum.

No. 3: folded sheet steel things with machined-from-stock threaded hole folded into center, about 1/4 x 1/2 inch. What's no. 3? In all fairness these may be part of a particular larger product not a G.P. Hardware piece.[IMG]
