Keeper for something?
Go inside sheet metal boxes/service panels to attach covers.
Push in to small sliding doors such as tool cabinets and the old medicine cabinets with a lower shelf/cabinet.
Attachment points and/or weld studs.
Seen these but lost on their use.
For dropped ceilings and such.
Gorsh! KOT had credible answers for all but one, THAT close to the big but undisclosed prize! WTG KOT! I didn't know any of those.
Insert into a drilled hole and you have a finger grip for sliding cupboard doors back and forth

My mother had been in the Army. I was raised as a tomboy. When other little girls were getting dolls, I was getting my own Handy Andy tool kit. She did a lot of the home repairs herself and taught me. She put a dot of nail polish (never wore it) on her tools so my Dad wouldn't steal them. I have all of them and it works. My husband can't steal my tools! I have more fun at Home Depot than I would at Home Goods.
Did I win???
