The pontil appears finished.&nbsp; The frame is from Warren Silver Plate New York and has lost most of its silvering, the bowl fits well in it so I surmise is original to this frame.&nbsp; The bowl has a painted black line under the decorative painting to show which side is in the back, I think.</p><p><br /></p><p>Is this Mt. Washington or Bohemian?
