Bronze Something

    Are those fins on the inside? It might indicate that it was meant to spin if enough liquid pressure was going through. The top hole looks rather rough/mangled, and may not be in its original condition.

    Yes, fins and the top part rotates around the lower threaded piece.
    But quite heavy, will need lots of water pressure to make it spin
