Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Welcome to Antiquers, @jenlbrake -- It's generally better to start a new thread with your question instead of tagging onto an old one that might be a different type of item (this is probably not a Brown Betty, since those didn't appear to be this decorative). You might possibly get some replies here, but I'm not sure.

On the other hand, if it is a Brown Betty you've come to the right place! So just leave it here for a while and people will tell you.

I would call it a Brown Betty but that's just me. :) Some purists may disagree because it is not globe-shaped.
I think I see letter impressions on the bottom indicating it was made in England, many just have that. Without further markings, it will be pretty impossible to determine which pottery produced it and it doesn't really matter anyway. I believe the age range is first half of 20th century.
It is common to find these hand decorated ones, a Google lens search shows a lot of similar teapots, generally priced $10-40 US. I think sold prices are in the lower end of that range, if the pot finds a buyer at all.

It's not globe shaped. There seems to be more on the base than England.
