    Modernism started in the 19th century. When it comes to jewellery, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Bauhaus, MCM, Brutalism are all Modernist styles. I probably left some out.;)

    Are they both signed? If yes, maybe post a photo of the 2nd one, too. You never know sometime you can catch a single letter on one and not the other, and helps solve the mystery.

    I'm scratching my brain on these because I had a pair clips similarly signed but in gold tone... ack. Over a year ago. I'll have to see if I can come up with what was on there.

    Edit: Mine were Steve Vaubel. They had the same electric pencil signature, but appears to be not the same maker.
