Featured Buckle from when and where?

    I’ve researched and am absolutely no further forwards with this buckle so someone please put me out of my misery!
    I can’t find anything like it so really need some search terms. The hook is very basic, the circles are around 1.5” across, one centre gem is pink and one is clear, all are prong set. The brass is pieced all the way through….and that’s it, I have no idea.

    Something off of a cape/cloak? Not a belt buckle. I'd be thinking early 1920s, just from the way it's made.

    A cloak clip would make sense :)
    Had a quick look and that’s definitely what it is, Thankyou Ruth and Debora. I thought the chain was decoration but now I see it’s to adjust the length.
    Any ideas of origin?
