Bud vase identity and age

Hello

Picked up a number of signed items recently, all with marks. The one exception was the bud vase below. In the absence of any mark I thought the phrase (Fifth Round!) on the front would help research. That has not been the case. The bottom is solid with no openings.

Figural bud vases and fairings searches returned no results.

If anyone has experience with this vase or can provide some history, that would be greatly appreciated.

 

There's a similar one on ebay that says, "Let Them All Come." No ID.

 

JMHO - Looks like a series of figurines, possibly toothbrush holders. The quality looks a little too good for Japanese so I'd say German from the early 1900's before WWI.

I'm thinking 1920s or 30s, possibly Czechoslovakian...
