Button date and company?

    Can someone date this button and where it is from? Found a couple but they have name or makers mark this one only has stars.

    It has similar symbolism and motto as the state seal of Illinois. I haven't found that exact design, though. For example, this button has what looks like a farm building and silo in the right background. The current state seal of Illlinois, adopted in 1868, has a flaring sunrise. Earlier seals were even less similar. The best I can say is the button has a variant design, based on the seal. Perhaps it was not officially produced for the state.

    Here is the current seal, that is posted on the Illinois state website:
