(Forgive me if I&#039;m completely wrong)</p><p>It&#039;s from the late 1800s </p><p>Maybe from France</p><p>I think it&#039;s silk woven upholstery</p><p>Definitely hand carved this I&#039;m sure of as a woodworker myself. </p><p><br /></p><p>It&#039;s in pretty good condition, the bottom cover is falling off and hanging and needs at least one spring replaced from what I can see. </p><p>It had some chips on the wood and needs refinishing. And the trim/gimp needs gluing in 2 places. The chair is perfect.</p><p>Both are solid and usable as is. </p><p>I&#039;m in the Houston area if that helps.</p><p><br /></p><p>Ps. Thanks in advance!
