Camille Lucas Engraving,Etching, or Print?

    Hi everyone, Happy Memorial Day Weekend! About time we got the nice weather here in the northeast. So I picked this up the other day. This to me looks like an etching. It has very clear impression marks around the entire border and also has impression mark lower left. This is a Camille Lucas piece, upper right says copyright 1937 Camille Lucas NY-USA. I believe this is original frame also, very nice condition. The title of the piece is in pencil lower left, and it it signed lower right, what looks like Pierre.
