Can anyone help with a capodimonte type vase?

I purchased this vase a few weeks ago for $1.99 at a thrift store. I just thought it was adorable. There are no markings on it that I can see. Here is the odd thing about it. My sister came over with a friend a couple days later and her friend offered me quite a bit of money for it. I told the lady not at this time. I have tried to find it online but that was a bust other than one I found that really had no information on it. It did sell but I couldn't find out for how much. Hmmm. swan vase1.png swan vase2.png swan vase3.png swan vase4.png Has anyone ever seen these vases before?

I would guess Chinese based on the color shades used for the flowers and the base. Usually these are marked with a small oval foil label on the bottom which comes off easily. Not sure why your sister's friend made a generous offer unless it just appealed to her like it did to you.
