    Would need better pictures. A photo showing the plier end if the tool would be required. But Komokwa's answer is spot on with just this photo

    Don't know how long I've had it. Probably came in a box of stuff purchased at a country auction. I'll take additional photos and get them posted.

    Definitely not a tile cutter, a crimping tool might be correct, but if crimping anything it would have a tendency to slip out. The patina sure makes it look old
