Can anyone identify this retro diningware?

Hello again, I recently bought this set of diningware and there are no marks on the underside. I've looked online for items with turquoise interiors, but could not find these in particular. The seller said he thought it was Redwing, but he's not sure. (Plus he's not super reliable, if you know what I mean.) Also do any of you know what the last two items are that I pictured. The one without the lid is about 4.5" tall. The lidded one looks like a much smaller version of the casserole dish or serving dish? Thanks!

    Hi,
The open one is the gravy boat the smaller lidded one is the sugar.

I had assumed that the creamer was the gravy boat so I was at a loss about the other two. Thanks!
