I have taken the liberty of cropping your pic for a closer look. It appears to have 3 Russian Orthodox churches, those with onion shape spires, with a cross the top of each spire. On the bottom are the letters SM. The script appears to be in Latin rather than Cyrillic script? If there is more lettering on the seal, I can&#039;t make it out.
