    The thing on the right is a cigar-cutter.

    The thing on the left is for cleaning out a pipe and tamping down fresh tobacco before lighting it.

    They're called "smoker's knives" for fairly obvious reasons. I have a friend who collects stuff like this :p They're pretty fun objects.

    Is this a ridgid device where it doesn't fold? And I'm just thinking, if ya need that tool to scrape your pipe then maybe it's time for a new pipe? LOL!!! :)
