Can anyone tell if this is an Antique?

You're welcome, but any credit due goes to Brad for identifying it as Byzantine (Eastern Orthodox to Russian orthodox). I agree with him on being a reproduction. I doubt it is much older than the 1950s and possibly as late as the 1990s. **If** this is Russian inspired, with the religious theme of St. George, seraphims, and one of the saints, Jesus, or someone giving a blessing at the bottom, the **original** candle holders like this may have dated before the Russian Revolution (1917). After the revolution through to the downfall of the Soviet Union (1991), this type of theme was frown on in Russia. If Russian, made after 1991. I again agree with Brad with made in India dating from the 1950s on.

You are welcome. I really think this is from the 70s or later. We started seeing this kind of stuff in mass from India about that time. Earlier things were just made a bit better, even if reproduction.
