    Looks like a bolo tie slide, maybe someone else has a better idea. Very pretty, Chinese.

    Very pretty cloisonné enamel! I’m thinking 1980s-ish but wait for more expert opinions.

    I agree on bolo or scarf tie and 80s. Might be Fish Enterprises.

    Agree on bolo/scarf and 80s. I had scads of hair combs made in this exact style during the 80s -- it was very popular.
