Can some one help please

    I've been looking for quite sometime to identify these pieces . I believe they are royal Nippon but not sure. Can't find a pattern or the value and when made

    Unfortunately your pics of the mark are too blurry to help. ITs not easy,I still suck at it and have had years of practice. :) I think it might be french,but its hard to say.

    So sorry the marking on the cup says 16 and the plate 12
