Souvenir painting - probably Spanish for John Q Random, sorry to say.

Let's start at the beginning. Firstly, it's not antique (which would mean it was 100 years old.) It appears to be mid-20th century. Secondly, how do you know it's Mexican? Thirdly, are there any markings or labels on the back? If so (and if not,) please post a photograph of the back along with close-up photographs of any markings or labels. Fourthly, where did you get it? What it does appear to be is a vintage painting of a Colonial church somewhere in Latin America.
