    Today I got this candlestick for 0.50€
    it's made of iron, seems old? Any idea how old?

    Painted steel? Any marks? May be by Goberg. If so, likely pre WWII. Otherwise, could be as late as the 50s when there was a bit of a resurgence.

    No paint, it's just dirty. And no marks. It looks pretty diy, but certainly not new

    Just googled Goberg and found something pretty similar

    Most Goberg was marked somehow, even if with just GERMANY stamped somewhere. If this is unmarked and tinned vs. painted, I doubt this is Goberg.

    I'm sure I'm wrong, but the dirty one looks like rust to me, so it shouldn't be steel, but chromed iron or something like that. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, the photos are not exhaustive to understand.
