My mom collected a number of these sky blue and white plates along with a few saucers and a couple of tea cups and even the teapot. There's nothing on any of them to identify them, though. She got them all from the thrift store. Can anyone help me?

The styling looks like Noritake. A special order maybe, without their mark? The weight of the plates might indicate hotel ware.
