Carved Black Stone Pendant

The frame is not silver.Anything interesting?

 

Poked around the internet and it looks like these are good key words to mix and match searching for similar:

This brooch is marked Czechoslovakia on the stick pin part, as far as I can guess because the picture isn't focused in well enough.

The full body ladies seem harder to find and black seems even harder to find (for me anyway )

Here is one from 2014, missing six of the marcasite stones that went for 50 bucks.
