    Is this old?
    Art or tourist piece?
    Any idea of city/town?
    Age?
I know I've seen these before but it's been quite a while.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Given Christian church, I'd think Philippines.

I agree, Philippines. The warm colour of the wood, rough and ready carving, and glossy varnish are all typical of Filipino souvenirs.

About Christian (Catholic) churches in Indonesia, the country has 24 million Christians, including 7 million Catholics.
The first Catholics in Indonesia were Thomas Christians from India (Syro-Malabar Catholic church), the first European Catholics were Portuguese.
There are some beautiful churches in Indonesia, but Spanish mission style churches were never built there. The styles vary from the many local Indonesian styles, to Portuguese, Gothic Revival, Art Deco, and contemporary.
There are some beautiful old Dutch Reformed Protestant churches as well.

The Palasari church combines Portuguese, Gothic Revival and Balinese Majapahit styles:
