    Wow that's really interesting. It looks like someone has incorrectly identified these objects and that two separate interpretations of them have spread throughout different antique communities. But it looks like more of these things are coming out of India than anywhere else so that's probably where they're from. And if Indian sellers are calling them juicers then I think that's our best ID on these things so far. Nice work Anundverkaufen!

    I'm in the UK, and I've seen something very similar on a TV programme here described as a juice extractor.

    Thanks for that. Yep I think it's looking more and more likely that it's a 19th century juice extractor from India.
