Cased glass, bent neck, flower shaped what?

    Is it still a bud vase with the neck like this? I can't find anything similar but I am probably describing it wrong. Is it new? I found other items with bent necks but they do not look like this at all Help!     Newish, Asian, based on a Jack in the Pulpit vase.

    The first thing I thought was a jack in the pulpit but then none of them looked like this TY!

    Unpolished bottom usually means Chinese. It is pretty nonetheless. Also,I could be wrong . :)

    I was trying to read up on the bottoms I have another item with pontil scar and I cannot make heads or tails of it. So much to learn!!!
