    the second part might be Jelenk, a mountain in Slovenia. the watch looks art déco (1920s - 1930s)

    Looks a bit like a Cartier tank watch. But surely it is on upside down, to have the stem on that side?

    I have a bit of an advantage here, since Ger is Dutch, and Jolink is a Dutch name. If I am reading it right, that is.;)
    The man in the photo is a well-known character in the Dutch music scene, who happens to paint as well. Totally different style though.
