Featured Cheeky little match holder striker

    Another oddity I’ve picked up!
    Please can anyone tell me about him or his age?
    The stamp on the base is blurred -Registered at the top, a number on the bottom and no idea what it says on the middle.
    Around 3 inches high and possibly made of some sort of plaster?
    Looks like he is wearing clogs and a sailors hat?.
