Chest of drawers

    Hi.

    It has a lot of similarity to the 'bachelor's chest' I have sitting next to me, which my mother always said was cherry. Finished that way anyway. It includes a pull out writing surface above the 4 drawers. My parents would have bought it new in the 1950s.

    1910-20s would be my guess.
    Please tell us you didn't paint that beautiful wood.
