    I wonder what it was made for, anyone know ?

    On first glance, looks Himalayan - Nepal, Bhutan - or that vicinity.

    It is from Nepal, and meant for two children, the dress for a girl, the vest for a boy, to be worn with black trousers and a black shirt.
