Chinese porcelain Buddha statue, measures 8" tall, 7 1/4" wide and is 4 1/4" deep. Has two impressed marks on the base. Was wondering if anyone might know the period this is from or be able to translate the marks. Thanks

My personal opinion is that the piece is Post Republic. Don't know about the marks but doubt that the statue is by a famous artist.
