    I wish! That's blue enamel. As you can see, some of it's already come off over the years...but it's still very cute.

    Those photos are AFTER polishing.

    If anybody has any tips on how to clean it up further, I'm willing to listen, but that's all I've managed to achieve.

    There's probably Tian-tsui used in this piece. Check the light blue color to see if there's feather like textures.
