    I don't know who made them. but these were popular back in the 70's and 80's as I remember. Often done with Coke bottles. you could get them at Spensers Gifts for about $6.99 if I remember right.

    Hi,
    In the 70s I stretched many a bottle like these at the same time I cut so many bottles to make drinking glasses and vases. In the 50s I fried cats eye marbles in a frying pan to make little doodadas.
