chunky blue plastic link necklace

    This thing does not have any clasp or attachment, is it a necklace or something else ?
    I was hoping it was bakelite but not, I tested with semi-chrome paste.

    Anyone know what it is or when it was made ?

    Modern acrylic or lucite. I've seen them in gray and brown, but not blue. Age..not much.
