Featured Cobalt blue footed bowl or jar - maker? age?

    Hello again :) Anyone recognize this one? Just under 6" tall - a little over 8" wide at the widest point. The foot/base has a mold seam but the bowl does not. Very very smooth frosted/satiny finish, except for the gold striping area on the rim which is not frosted. From the wear on the inside edge of the gold on the rim- I'm assuming this had a lid at some point.
