Featured Colorful Paper Leis?

    Nothing special here, but does anyone know what these are? Probably not Hawaiian. I thought they were festive.

    Thank you.

    As pictured they're 18" (45cm) long, so each strand is actually double that since they're necklaces. Also, each is about 1/2 " (1+ cm) wide.

    Way back in my youth they had christmas tree garland that looked like that.

    I remember them as something you might get at a party, the way you might get a silly hat or a noise maker. Maybe it was Luaus for Dummies.

    Yep..... I remember them as well, from the 60s. Party favors.

    Ok-- thanks! I'll find some piece of pottery or a mask in my house and 'cheer 'em up' a bit with some fun colors.
