Container?

    A friend sent me these pictures. Apparently the caps come off. Not sure if the ends are open or what's under the caps. Ideas? All metal, it seems.

    that said...can the friend offer up any more pics....or the size...or if there are any marks on it...??
    it's interesting as all get out......but we need to see more !!:):):)

    Hello and welcome to the board.
    Think we might need a little more info.

    Size
    Are the chains removable? Do they appear to wrap around the gears on top? Do the gears move?

    Need picture of it straight on, straight down.

    Some sort of writing here

    Not sure I have seen him. Has he been around lately?
