It is a powder that you mix with water to create a putty. But I mix it with white glue instead. (Elmer&#039;s).</p><p>It dries up super hard. It works so well for projects like this.</p><p>I used acrylic paint for the touch up. I had to play around with the white, adding some blue and brown to mimic the enamel color.&nbsp; I also used a metallic gold for the detail but the color wasn&#039;t quite right, so I added a bit of orange to make it darker.
