Crystal vase, 7 panels with cut leaf design at the base. Measures 8 3/8" tall and is 5 5/8" wide. Heavy, weighs 6 pounds, polished base. A very nicely made piece, not cheap crystal. I could not find a maker's mark but there is a lot of wear on the base where the panels are.

Lead crystal is usually imported. You vase could be anywhere from the 1950s to yesterday. Any number of nations: Germany, Czechoslvakia, Yugoslavia, Slovenia,
    Sorry that's not much help.

My guess would be later rather than earlier. The design looks like a knockoff of relatively recent Waterford.

The deep V channels remind me of the Kosta Boda Residence pattern, but I have never seen Kosta Boda with a pattern etched/cut into it. Pretty piece, though.
