If you can call it folk art?
    Painting is 10" x 12"
I'm no good at Spanish so I have no Idea what it says on the back.
Signed Brito and either 02 or 07.
I don't know if the bamboo frame is original to the art, It slides out easily.
Any thoughts or comments welcome as always.

Love the colors and how it conveys rhythmic movement, especially the guy dancing!

Yes. The bright colors are what drew me to it.

The stamp is hard to read but... like you said... authorizes exportation.

Thanks. Here's what I can read:

    National Registry of Cultural Property
    Republic of Cuba

    Exportation Authorization (something)

    MT/04
    (something) Name
    Signature

    Can't read the handwritten notations.

Frame likely original. And I'd think a souvenir painting i.e. one created to be sold to the tourist market.
