Featured Cup and saucer

    Hello I was given there’s today, I have 6 of cups and saucers. Does anyone know anything about them and if there’s any point in keeping them? Thank you

    They're late nineteenth century coffee cups. Pretty ones.

    IMHO, early 20th century. :)
    Potteries.org indicates your mark was used by "Cauldon Ltd", which was in being from 1904-1920. Prior to that, the company was "Brown-Westhead Moore & Co", and after that, the company was "Cauldon Potteries Ltd".

    Regardless of age, very nice set of cups. Is there any point in keeping them? Yes if you like them. They would look great in a cabinet or used for their intended purpose. If you sold them I dont think you'd get a huge amount for them. 20 or 30 quid maybe?

    I was given a load of candles and they were in the bottom of the box. I think I’m just going to keep them for a while.
