welcome to the forum tkobo:) looks like a nice piece
If you could edit your post and click 'full image' your photos will show in the larger format. Also size/measurements are important, and if you have more photos that would be great:)

Beautiful cuttings! Suspect Bohemian or Czech.

Welcome tkobo - it will be difficult to tell you much beyond identifying the area of production as Bohemia (Czech). Only very limited records from companies producing this type of wear have survived. The decoration is in many ways timeless. It could have been produced almost any time in the 20th century. I'd lean towards the very early part of the 20th century since bows were a popular decoration on both glass and china at that time but that is a guess. Most collectors of this type of glass focus on color so amethyst cut to clear is usually enough to get their attention. They will already understand why you can not be more specific as to particulars. If you are planning to keep you found a very nice piece to add to or start a collection.

Not from the one picture. If that top part is a stopper I'd call it a decanter.

It does not look like Boston and Sandwich glass Co or other american maker to me.Does the top come off? Looks like a wine decanter or a water bottle.
