Cute Plated Sugar and Creamer

    But I can't quiet make out the marking. This is the more legible one on the creamer. the sugar bowl mark is obliterated by tarnish even after applying polish. Anyone know the mark?

    German, the crescent moon and imperial crown. So not plated but silver, .830 Silver fineness.:)

    I just found this tidbit:
    1860 Gebrüder Kühn was honored to be the only silver manufactory with the right to use the unicorn as a hallmark to document quality and tradition.

    That said, I'm not sure if your mark is the Kühn unicorn or a lion.;)
