    So I withdrew our complaint to the MO atty gen since it was OBE. I think it makes sense for any merchant who isn't going to read email or listen to voicemails for weeks at a time to at least post a notice on their website and/or record a phone message to give anxious customers a bit of info on your status. I bear no grudges, and hope the customer service there will improve.

    There are numerous excuses given to others online since 2006

    She deserves to be out of business

    Thanks for your update and resolution, Spring. You had to do what you did to get a satisfactory resolution. Unless she was comatose, she could have let you know SOMETHING!!! Glad it's over.........
